How often should we sealcoat our parking lot?+

For a high-traffic commercial lot in Ontario, we recommend sealcoating every 2-3 years. This frequency provides optimal protection against wear, UV damage, and water intrusion, extending the life of your pavement significantly.

What is the benefit of hot rubberized crack filler?+

Unlike cold patch fillers, hot rubberized crack filler is heated and poured, allowing it to deeply penetrate and adhere to the walls of the crack. It remains flexible in all temperatures, moving with the pavement to prevent water from ever reaching the base layer.

How long must the parking lot be closed for sealcoating?+

We typically require the area to be closed to vehicle traffic for a minimum of 24-48 hours to allow the sealer to cure properly. We work closely with property managers to create a phased schedule that minimizes disruption to your tenants and customers.
