Canadian tax recordsPowered by AI

Receipts and invoices,
ready for
tax time.

Photograph it, upload it, or type it in. Each one lands on the right CRA expense line and is kept for six years.

Built for one thing: tax time.

Your expense documents, sorted the way the CRA counts them and kept as long as the CRA can ask.

  • In Receipts, supplier invoices, or type it in by hand.
  • Sorted Onto a real CRA expense line, original attached.
  • Out One summary, totalled by line, at tax time.

How it works

Three steps,
then it is done.

01

Read

Vendor, date, and amount come off the photo or PDF. No document? Type it in. The original is kept either way.

  • Powered by AI
  • JPG, PNG, and PDF
  • Manual entry
  • Original always kept
02

Sort

Onto a real line from the CRA form that set of books uses — never a category we invented, never a line from another form.

  • 178 real CRA lines
  • Five forms
  • Confidence shown
  • Change it any time
03

Export

A CSV or PDF totalled by line, for any dates you choose. Duplicates and unclear scans are flagged before they reach it.

  • Totals by expense line
  • CSV and PDF
  • Duplicate detection
  • Kept six years

The result

Every document becomes
a structured record.

Searchable by vendor, date, amount, or line — for six years.

Categories

The CRA’s own
expense lines.

A different set for each kind of filer — real lines, real numbers, so your export matches the form.

Pricing

Choose by whose
return it is.

Every plan is unlimited — documents, sets of books, all of it. The only difference is whose returns you keep records for.

Which CRA form you file against

Five, and not interchangeable — the same number means different things on different forms. Pick one per set of books. The first four go on a personal T1; GIFI is a corporation’s T2.

    Every plan includes

Canadian dollars, before tax. Billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time. Fees already paid are not refunded — see Terms, section 7.
